Canning City Soccer Club has 400 junior players in age groups from 6 to 16 and150 senior players in
the Youth, State and Amateur leagues.
The club is run entirely by volunteers and relies on the support of the business community
to enable us to provide the best sporting experience for the children and youth in the district.

Contributions from business’s over the last 5 years have enabled us to provide the following
major benefits for the club and its players:
• Complete replacement of all playing strips for the juniors at a cost of $12,000
• Replacement of heavy steel goals with aluminium at a cost of $8,000
• Replacement of all goal nets at a cost of $2,000
• Provision of additional training equipment such as ladders, poles and hurdles, at a
cost of $1,000
• Purchase of coaching DVDs and manuals at a cost of $1,200
• Training courses for administrators and coaches at a cost of $800 per year
• New aluminium goals for the SSG games at a cost of $15,000.
• Equipment shed for the teams playing at Willetton Sports Club.

Sponsors will have exposure at all the home Saturday State League games at Willetton
Sports Club which are also reported on in the local community news. They are also
able to display their company banners /logos/hand outs at the Sunday junior games
that have between two and three hundred people in attendance each week, as well as
free exposure on the clubs website. Sponsors’ of individual junior teams can also be
presented with an end of season team photo incorporating their logo if requested.

This year’s junior’s team sponsorship package is for an individual:
• Training shirt
• Kit bag
• Gym towel and jacket
This is based on a 14 player squad and will cost $1,140
All the apparel will be in the club agreed style and colours with Football West
approved size logos or wording.

All this has, and does help the club to keep the fees down at a reasonable level and
encourage more youngsters to enjoy soccer as a sport.
