5PM FOR AGES 12 UPWARDS
ALL NEED TO ATTEND
Players to wear boots or trainers.

Registrations open 15th January 2012.
Pass words for existing members from the 2011 season have been emailed.  If you have not received them you can email ccscregistrar@gmail.com as your email could have been incorrect or use the search system on www.myfootballclub.com.au to find your FFA number and reset you pass word.  Refer to the Guides as above.

Payment of Registration must be done online. 
Cheques and Direct transfers will not be accepted by the club as this requires manual processing by an administrator.  Please bear in mind this club is run by volunteers who put in hours of work to facilitate you or your children to play soccer.  Therefore self registration will help reduce this workload if done in completion up to payment.  If you do not have a credit card you need to find a friend or family member that will  be willing to help you out. If you do not pay online your registration will not be activated.
